Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $100 ship free within the United States. We're working on lowering that threshold soon.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us at info@mysticaltranscendence.com.

Products & Ingredients

Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every formula is third-party tested and dietitian-formulated. We don't cut corners on quality.

Are your supplements vegan-friendly?
We offer vegan protein options (Thrive Vegan Protein in Chocolate Fantasy and Velvet Vanilla). Check individual product pages for full ingredient lists and dietary info.

What makes your pre-workouts different?
We offer both stimulant and non-stim options. Cherry Bombshell (non-stim) gives you a clean pump without the jitters. Our stim pre-workouts (Citrus Supernova, Peach Fuzz Rings, Ice Melt) deliver energy without the crash.

Do your products contain allergens?
Some products contain milk, soy, or other allergens. Always check the product label and ingredient list before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our products are gluten-free, but please check individual product labels to be sure.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for defective products in their original, unused packaging. We don't offer refunds, but we'll make sure you get the right product. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us at info@mysticaltranscendence.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll get it sorted.

Is Mystical Transcendence queer-owned?
Yes. MT was founded by Trey Sheidler and is proudly queer-owned and queer-centered. We built this brand because we wanted supplements that felt like they were made for us.

Do I need to be LGBTQ+ to buy your products?
Nope. MT is built for the Queer fitness community and anyone who respects it. Everyone who believes wellness should celebrate who you are is welcome here.
