We want your supplements in your hands as fast as possible. Here’s how shipping works at Mystical Transcendence.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by our partner Rocktomic Labs in Lawrenceville, GA. They handle packing and shipping directly from their facility to ensure fast, accurate delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship via USPS and UPS within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We’re working toward offering flat-rate and free shipping thresholds—stay tuned.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or app. If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days of your order, email us at info@mysticaltranscendence.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at info@mysticaltranscendence.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get your order to you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible—we can only make changes before the order ships.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. UPS shipments require a physical street address.
